Summary
This study is testing whether a specialized exercise program called the Schroth Method can help teenagers with an excessive forward curve in their upper spine. Researchers will see if these exercises improve back muscle strength, reduce pain, and lead to better sleep and quality of life. The study will involve 60 adolescents aged 12 to 18 who have this specific postural condition.
