NCT ID NCT06185023
Summary
This small study tested whether a high-intensity exercise program is practical and helpful for people who have speech problems (aphasia) after a stroke. Researchers measured changes in speech, physical fitness, and overall well-being to see if exercise could be a useful part of recovery.
