Smart exercise plans show promise for stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether personalized exercise plans, created using data from wearable sensors, can help people who had a stroke walk better. Fifty-two adults aged 45-75 who had a stroke at least six months ago will take part. They will do 12 supervised exercise sessions over six weeks, and researchers will measure changes in their walking patterns, muscle activity, and balance.
