First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a specific set of shoulder and scapular exercises can reduce pain, improve range of motion, and lessen disability in women who have had a mastectomy. 33 women aged 30-65, 4-12 weeks post-surgery, will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or standard care. The goal is to prevent long-term shoulder problems and improve quality of life.
