Summary

This trial tests whether closed kinetic chain exercises or Thrower's Ten exercises better reduce pain, improve mobility, and boost performance in young male bowlers with shoulder instability. Participants will follow a six-week program. The goal is to find which approach offers better rehabilitation for this common sports injury.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
closed kinetic chain exercises or Thrower's Ten exercises
What this could lead to
If one program proves better, it could point toward a standard rehabilitation approach for bowlers with shoulder instability.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 40 participants, so results may not apply broadly. Exercise programs require adherence, and individual responses vary.
