Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in people with unstable shoulder. 108 adults who had at least one shoulder dislocation in the past year took part. Participants either did a special exercise program guided by a physiotherapist or received usual care. The goal was to see if exercise helps with fatigue, movement, and preventing future dislocations.
