Exercise eases shoulder fatigue in new study

Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program (MoveUS) could reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in 108 adults with shoulder instability. Participants were randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The results will help determine if this approach can reduce shoulder dislocations and fatigue, and be used in clinics.
