New physio program aims to stop shoulders popping out
NCT ID NCT05443295
Summary
This study tested whether a supervised exercise program could help people with unstable shoulders. 108 adults who had experienced at least one shoulder dislocation in the past year were randomly assigned to either the new exercise program or usual care. The main goal was to see if the program could reduce fatigue, prevent future dislocations, and improve overall quality of life.
