Can special exercises ease the ache of a curved spine?
NCT ID NCT07418983
Summary
This study is testing whether different types of specialized scoliosis exercises can help reduce chronic low back pain and improve daily function. It will involve 30 people aged 10-50 with a curved lower spine and long-term pain. Researchers will measure if these exercises change the thickness of a specific back tissue and see how that relates to pain relief and better movement.
