This study tests whether aerobic exercises or muscle relaxation exercises can help pregnant women with restless leg syndrome sleep better, feel less tired, and have less pain. Forty pregnant women in their second or third trimester will do one of the two exercise types for 8 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to improve their quality of life during pregnancy.
