First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week progressive resistance training program can improve muscle strength in adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). About 118 participants will be split into two groups: one does the exercise program, the other continues usual care. Researchers will measure muscle strength, heart function, and energy levels before and after the program to see if exercise helps with daily activities.
