Summary
This study is checking if a 16-week program of combined high-intensity cardio and strength training is a practical and acceptable option for adults with psychotic disorders. It involves 40 participants who are patients at a specific mental health center. The main goal is to see if people can complete the program and how they feel about it, while also measuring changes in fitness, symptoms, and quality of life.
