Can exercise ease pregnancy for women in need?
NCT ID NCT07394803
Summary
This study aims to see if a moderate exercise program is practical and acceptable for pregnant women who are at increased social risk. It will involve 60 women, with about half participating in a hybrid (in-person and online) exercise program three times a week. The main goal is to understand if the program works logistically, what barriers exist, and how it might affect participants' physical activity, mental well-being, and health.
