Can simple stretching beat a workout for pregnancy blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07255677
Summary
This study aims to see if stretching exercises or aerobic exercises are better at helping control mild preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy condition marked by high blood pressure. It will involve 60 first-time pregnant women who will follow a six-week exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure and protein in urine to determine which type of exercise is more effective as a non-drug therapy.
