Summary

This study aims to find the most effective combination of strength and cardio exercises to improve heart health, body composition, and quality of life for active postmenopausal women. Researchers will test different workout schedules over 20 weeks with 60 participants who are generally healthy but may have controlled high blood pressure. The goal is to create better exercise guidelines specifically for women after menopause.
