First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a new exercise program called FaStEx for people who feel very tired after a stroke. Sixteen participants will do strength training twice a week at a health center and also be active at home. The goal is to see if this program is practical and can reduce fatigue better than just being active at home alone.
