Can pumping iron beat brain drain? new study tests exercise for Post-Stroke fatigue
NCT ID NCT07206147
Summary
This study is testing if a new, structured strength training program called FaStEx is a practical way to help people struggling with severe, long-term tiredness after a stroke. Sixteen participants will either do the supervised FaStEx program or just their usual home activity for eight weeks. The main goal is to see if the program is doable for patients and if it helps reduce their fatigue more than regular activity alone.
