Can custom workouts boost life quality after pituitary surgery?
NCT ID NCT06163261
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized physical activity plan can improve quality of life and overall health for people who have had surgery for a non-functioning pituitary tumor. Researchers will compare 120 participants who either receive a custom exercise program from a physiotherapist or receive standard care. The main goal is to see if the exercise program reduces fatigue, improves fitness and strength, and makes people feel better overall.
