Summary
This study tests whether a personalized physical activity plan, guided by a physiotherapist, can improve quality of life and overall health in people who had surgery for a non-functioning pituitary adenoma. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the exercise plan or continue usual care. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, fitness, strength, and fatigue over 12 months.
