Can a 6-Week exercise plan ease the transition to menopause?
NCT ID NCT07132385
Summary
This small pilot study aims to find out if different types of exercise are easy and enjoyable for women going through perimenopause. Researchers will compare standard aerobic exercise, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and stretching over 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if women can stick with these programs, which will help plan a larger future study to measure their effects on symptoms and health.
