Jumping to recovery: finding the best exercises for burn survivor kids
NCT ID NCT07443007
Summary
This study tested three different exercise programs to see which one best helps children recover movement, balance, and strength after serious burn injuries. 84 children, aged 10-17 and at least one year past their injury, were assigned to do either balance training, jump-based training, or a mix of both for eight weeks. Researchers measured their balance, strength, and agility before and after to find the most effective rehab approach for long-term recovery.
