Can High-Intensity home workouts heal the hidden scars of childhood cancer?
NCT ID NCT05740839
Summary
This study is testing whether a 16-week, home-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program delivered over video calls can improve the health and well-being of young adults who survived brain tumors as children. Researchers want to see if this virtual exercise plan is practical and can help with physical fitness, thinking skills, mood, and overall quality of life. About 30 participants will be randomly assigned to either start the exercise program right away or after a waiting period.
