Summary
This study will test different supervised exercise programs in 45 people with Parkinson's disease to see which one best improves movement, balance, endurance, and quality of life. Participants will exercise several times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will also take blood samples to understand how exercise affects the body at a cellular level.
