Summary
This study is testing if a 12-week exercise program can help improve walking and balance for people with moderate to advanced Parkinson's disease. The program combines physical training with mental tasks and is supervised by a therapist. Researchers will enroll 48 participants to see if this approach is practical and shows promise for managing symptoms.
