NCT ID NCT07442370

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific set of rotation exercises can help people with early-stage Parkinson's disease reduce their risk of falling and improve their mobility and balance. Researchers will compare a group doing these extra exercises to a group receiving standard care. The goal is to see if this exercise program can make daily movement safer and easier.
