Summary
This study tested whether a 14-week exercise program could improve fitness, body composition, and movement quality in active women over 65. Forty participants were assigned to either follow the new exercise routine or continue their usual activities. The program combined strength, balance, and stability training to see if it helped maintain physical health and independence.
