Summary
This study is testing whether structured exercise programs can help older adults living with HIV in Côte d'Ivoire stay mobile and independent. It compares a group exercise class, a home-based program with phone support, and general health education. The goal is to see which approach works best to improve physical function and quality of life over one year.
