Can a workout routine help nurses heal from stress?
NCT ID NCT05966805
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether a 12-week exercise program at work could improve overall well-being for hospital nurses. Twenty-one nurses were randomly assigned to either start the exercise program right away or wait. Researchers measured many aspects of health, including stress, fitness, sleep, and job satisfaction, before, during, and after the program to see if it helped.
