Summary

This study compares two exercise programs for women who have finished breast cancer treatment. One group does therapist-led resistance and relaxation exercises at a facility, while the other follows a self-directed home exercise plan. The goal is to see which approach better improves muscle mass, strength, and quality of life. About 66 participants will be followed for 16 weeks.
