First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week personalized exercise program (a mix of aerobic and resistance training) can improve physical performance, quality of life, and reduce fall risk in people with multiple myeloma. About 45 patients will be split into high-risk (individual training) and low-risk (group training) groups. The goal is to see if such a program is feasible and beneficial for maintaining independence.
