Summary
This study is testing if a 16-week online exercise program can help improve sexual function for women with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will enroll 30 women with MS who report sexual difficulties and who are not currently very active. The goal is to see if increasing physical activity through a guided, internet-based plan can be a helpful, drug-free way to manage this common symptom.
