First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a 3-month personalized exercise program can improve quality of life, fitness, and symptoms in people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a group of rare blood cancers. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either start the exercise program right away or wait 3 months before starting. Researchers will measure changes in exercise capacity, muscle strength, daily activity, and symptom burden to see if the program helps.
