Marching toward recovery: can early exercise heal military concussions faster?
NCT ID NCT05498038
Summary
This study is testing whether adding personalized, light aerobic exercise to the standard military concussion recovery protocol helps service members return to duty faster and reduces long-lasting symptoms. Researchers will compare two groups: one following the standard protocol and another adding the exercise plan. The goal is to see if this approach safely speeds up recovery and prevents persistent problems after a concussion.
