Virtual workouts show promise for metastatic breast cancer patients

Summary

This study looks at whether a 16-week virtual exercise program can improve fitness, muscle strength, and quality of life in people with indolent (slow-growing) metastatic breast cancer. Participants must be 18 or older, have stable disease (no progression in the last 12 months), and not be on chemotherapy. The program includes supervised aerobic and resistance training done from home.
