Can group workouts with your therapist ease depression?
NCT ID NCT06012149
Summary
This study is testing if a structured exercise program called 'Braining' helps people with depression or anxiety. Over 200 participants will either join clinician-led group exercise classes three times a week for 12 weeks or receive standard advice to exercise on their own. Researchers will measure changes in physical activity, mood, anxiety, sleep, and overall health to see which approach works better.
