Dance vs. weights: the home workout battle for menopause relief

NCT ID NCT07351006

Summary

This study is testing whether two different types of home exercise can help reduce common menopause symptoms like hot flashes, sleep problems, and mood swings. Researchers will compare an 8-week program of either strength training or dance-based exercise against a no-exercise control group in 45 women aged 45-55. The goal is to see which type of activity is most effective at improving symptoms and sleep quality.
