Can simple exercise slow memory loss?
NCT ID NCT06201533
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle exercise program that also involves thinking tasks can help improve memory and thinking skills in older adults with mild memory concerns. Researchers will recruit 64 participants and randomly assign them to either do the exercise program three times a week for three months or continue their usual routine. The goal is to see if the exercise group shows better memory test scores and healthier blood markers related to brain health.
