Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week exercise program was practical and helpful for older adults living in a low-income housing complex. Researchers worked with 27 participants to see if the program could safely increase their weekly physical activity and improve measures like balance and leg strength. The goal was to find a feasible way to help this group stay more active and maintain their physical abilities.
