Can home workouts fight muscle loss and brain fog in liver disease?
NCT ID NCT06749340
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week strength training program can help people with stable liver cirrhosis. Researchers want to see if exercising three times a week, either at home or in-person, can improve muscle strength, prevent muscle wasting, and sharpen thinking skills. The goal is to find a safe and practical way to manage common physical and cognitive problems linked to this condition.
