Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week strength training program, done either in person or at home, can improve muscle strength, muscle mass, and thinking abilities in people with compensated liver cirrhosis. Twenty participants aged 40-65 will be randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to manage common problems like muscle loss and trouble concentrating.
