Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise works best alongside compression therapy to help women with lipedema. Researchers will compare high-intensity interval training, moderate continuous training, and a simple walking program to see which best reduces leg swelling, pain, and fatigue while improving movement and quality of life. The goal is to provide clearer guidance on managing this chronic condition.
