Can exercise ease the burden for kids with IBD?
NCT ID NCT07355101
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized, 24-week exercise coaching program can help children with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) feel less tired and improve their quality of life. Seventy children will follow a program designed for their activity level, tracked with a smartwatch, alongside their regular medical care. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue, daily life impact, and disease symptoms to see if regular physical activity helps.
