Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise is better for improving heart and lung fitness in children: regular aerobic exercise or low-intensity interval training. It will involve 130 healthy school children aged 6-12 who will follow an 8-week exercise program. The goal is to help schools and parents choose the best activities to promote long-term health and prevent future heart problems in kids.
