Video games vs. gym: new study tests fun exercise for kids with arthritis

NCT ID NCT07234747

Summary

This study is testing two different ways to help children with juvenile arthritis get stronger and move better. Kids will either do traditional core-strengthening exercises or use video games (exergaming) designed for core training. Researchers want to see which approach is better at improving fitness, strength, and daily function over 12 weeks.
