Can a 12-Week workout plan reset your Body's insulin response?
NCT ID NCT04528693
Summary
This study tested whether a specific 12-week exercise program could improve how the body uses insulin and the health of blood vessels in women with insulin resistance. 49 women aged 25-45 were assigned to either follow the new circuit training routine or maintain their usual activity. Researchers measured changes in insulin sensitivity, body composition, and various blood markers to see if the exercise plan was beneficial.
