Summary

This study aims to see if one type of organized weight training is better than another at improving quality of life for women with hypothyroidism. Researchers will compare two different workout schedules to see which one helps more with fatigue, strength, and overall well-being. The study is looking for 75 women aged 35-45 whose thyroid condition is already managed with medication.
