Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week program of strength and functional exercises can improve walking, balance, and daily function in people with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP). Twenty participants aged 16 to 70 will do supervised video-based exercise sessions twice a week. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for easing motor symptoms.
