NCT ID NCT04795843
Summary
This study is testing whether a program of specific exercises and patient education can reduce pain more effectively than usual care for people with hip dysplasia. It will involve 200 adults who have hip pain and are either waiting for surgery or are not candidates for it. The main goal is to see if the exercise program leads to a meaningful improvement in self-reported pain over six months.
