Quick burst vs steady pace: which exercise better lowers blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07229196
Summary
This study compares two different exercise approaches for people with high blood pressure. Researchers want to see if short, very intense workouts work as well or better than traditional moderate-paced exercise for lowering blood pressure throughout the day. The trial involves 20 adults with hypertension who will follow one of the two exercise programs for 12 weeks, with their blood pressure and other health measures tracked.
