NCT ID NCT07245459

Summary

This study tested two different exercise programs for people with heart failure to see which is better at improving fitness, reducing muscle loss, and easing symptoms like shortness of breath. Twenty-two participants completed either a steady-paced or an interval-based workout plan three times a week for six weeks. The goal was to find the best way to help patients feel better and stay stronger.
