Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs for people with heart failure to see which is better at improving fitness and preventing muscle loss. Twenty-two patients completed either moderate continuous training or high-intensity interval training three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in exercise capacity, muscle health, and quality of life to help guide future rehabilitation programs.
